FLAT ONE PERTH (Perth Accommodation) is a family partnership and registered Australian business (ABN). We opened our first flat in July 2008 and have since had hundreds of satisfied visitors.

As we are not a large hotel, every customer is important to us and we take pride in offering a
personal service to ensure guests enjoy their stay.
In fact, by including things a hotel would normally charge extra for, and by doing everything we can to help make your stay in Perth enjoyable, we aim to exceed your expectations. By doing this we hope you will stay with us again in the future (as many repeat customers already do) and that you might recommend us to others.
A better place to stay
We have a limited number of apartments which have been renovated by
SE1 Designs (2008) to offer modern design accommodation. Each flat is different and no expense
has been spared on equipment such as 42” plasma TVs. We also know that most people will want to be
near the Perth CBD for work or to see the sights, so all of our flats are chosen to be in secure
buildings with a City Centre location.
