What is your availability? - The calendars on the website are always up to date. You can save yourself an email or phone call by checking the availability on the Rates page or property pages before contacting us.

How many apartments do you have? - 3 in total, only 2 are currently available for short term rents: FLAT ONE and FLAT TWO.

Where are your apartments? - In the best locations in Perth City CBD. Please see the Google location maps on the property page for each apartment.

How many bedrooms do your apartments have? - There are 2 bedrooms in each apartment. We do not have any 3 bedroom properties. Our properties sleep a maximum of 4 people in each apartment.

Can a 5th person or additional child sleep in the apartment? - Sorry, there is a maximum of 4 people in each apartment.

Do you offer cots or high-chairs? Yes, these are available for $20 - $30 extra per night.

Are your apartments fully equipped? - Yes, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, 42" plasma TV, phone, wireless internet, secure parking, air-conditioning and all bedding and towels. This is all included in the price.

Are your apartments serviced? - The apartments are fully serviced before your arrival. This is included in the price. For bookings of longer than 1 week, the apartment will be serviced approximately every 7 to 10 days.

Is there a charge for end of stay cleaning? - Not usually. The end of stay cleaning is included in the price, however we do expect the apartments to be left in a reasonable condition. For example, if the kitchen is left dirty or there are stains to be removed from the carpets, the additional cleaning required will be billed at $50/hour.

Do you offer special rates for 2 people? - Yes, our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms you use. If you are a couple or solo traveller, you will only the pay the same price as for a 1 bedroom apartment.

Do you offer long-term booking rates? - Yes, of course. Please email or call for more details.

Can I view the apartment before booking? - Yes. However we can only show the apartments in between bookings. This is to honour the privacy and security of the guests in the apartments.

Can you hold dates for me? - We will only hold dates over night. If we do not hear from you we will allocate the apartment to the next person who requests it. If we have sent you a booking form we will wait 24 hours for you to complete the form and return it to us; if we do not receive it we will try to call you once before offering the apartments to others.

Can we stay for 1 or 2 nights? - We have a minimum advance booking requirement of 5 nights. The cost of servicing the apartments in between bookings is very high, so we do not profit by taking single or two night bookings.

How do I pay? - By Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Direct Deposit / bank transfer. When your booking is confirmed we will either send you an invoice with payment instructions. There is a 2.5% charge for paying by Visa or Mastercard and 3.5% for AMEX payments. There is no charge for Direct Deposit or bank transfers.

When do I pay? - We require payment when you make your booking. For some long-term bookings, we will invoice you 30% in advance and the balance just after your check-in date. If we do not receive payment we reserve the right to allocate the apartment to the next person on the waiting list.
